I am totally not satisfied with Resound hearing aids. My Miracle Ear ones were much better. If you are looking to get hearing aids go Miracle Ear. If I had a choich I would have gone back, but they were no longer a provider for the agency paying for the hearing aids. I live in Fort Worth, Texas and Mr.Kelly at Miracle Ear is great! I think the doctor I was sent to for hearing test was part of the problem as well.The Resound hearing aids chirp when playong the piano, echo whistling, does not cut out background or if someone is extra loud talking no matter what setting you use. 128ee37

It sounds as though you have a Dispenser problem, meaning someone not able to utilize the available software provided by the Manufacturer.
